摘　　要：煤气管道的安全运行是钢铁厂煤气安全生产的重要任务,输送介质是易燃、易爆、有毒气体,一旦出现事故会引起危险介质大量泄漏,将影响生产,严重时将引起中毒、燃烧或者爆炸等事故。分析了钢铁厂几起典型煤气管道事故,分别描述了事故现象、从多方面分析了事故原因,有自然灾害方面的,有操作运行上的,有施工质量的,有设计上需要改进等方面原因。并对事故进行处理和总结,从规范设计、施工、操作管理等方面给出了合理的建议。设计上需要明确支架型式,严格计算管道跨距,优化设计上的细节。施工上需严格按照设计要求执行避免管道位移,波纹管试压时需保留拉杆,防止V型水封超液位。操作运行上需要加强管理,严格执行作业指导书、煤气调度指令,以及保证煤气放散塔在线运行。通过设计、施工、操作等方面改进措施,防范潜在风险,共同保障钢铁厂煤气管道的安全运行。The safe operation of gas pipelines is an important task for the safe production of gas in steel plants.The conveying medium is flam-mable,explosive,and toxic gases.Once an accident occurs,it can cause a large amount of dangerous medium leakage,which will affect pro-duction and,in severe cases,lead to poisoning,combustion,or explosion accidents.It analyzes several typical gas pipeline accidents in steel plants,describing the accident phenomena and analyzing the causes from multiple aspects,including natural disasters,operational issues,construction quality issues,and design improvements.And handled and summarized the accident,providing reasonable suggestions from the aspects of standardized design,construction,and operational management.In terms of design,it is necessary to clarify the support type strictly calculate the pipeline span,and optimize the design details.Strictly follow the design requirements during construction to avoid pipe-line displacement.During the pressure test of the corrugated pipe,the tension rod should be retained.To prevent the V-shaped water seal from exceeding the liquid level.In terms of operation,it is necessary to strengthen management,strictly follow the operation manual and gas dispatch instructions,and ensure the online operation of the gas release tower.By improving measures in design,construction,and operation,potential risks can be prevented to jointly ensure the safe operation of gas pipelines in steel plants.
