摘　　要：急性心肌梗死(AMI)是一种严重的心血管疾病,常常导致患者的死亡或严重的并发症。如果不及时干预可以导致心肌坏死,严重危及患者的生命。因此,院前急救至关重要。急救中心是整个急救体系的关键组成部分,负责接听紧急电话、派遣救护车和提供急救指导。急救中心的角色是协助急救人员在抵达医院之前为AMI患者提供迅速、高效的院前护理。急救中心的作用不仅是机械的调度,还能够通过远程医疗指导提供实质性的帮助。AMI患者的院前急救及护理现状在不断改进中,急救中心和现代技术的发展为提高患者的生存率和康复提供了新的可能性。AMI的治疗不仅需要医疗专业人员的高水平技能,还需要高效的协作和新的技术支持,这种协作有助于缩短AMI患者的抢救时间,提高生存率。通过不断改进急救中心的运作方式和应用现代技术,有望为AMI患者提供更好的护理,为其康复和生存提供更多机会。希望这一努力能够得到持续的支持和关注,以改善患者的生活质量和减少AMI的死亡率。Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a serious cardiovascular disease that often leads to patient death or serious complications.If not intervened in a timely manner,myocardial infarction can lead to myocardial necrosis,seriously endangering the patient's life.Therefore,pre-hospital emergency is crucial.The emergency center is a key component of the entire emergency system,responsible for answering emergency calls,dispatching ambulances and providing emergency guidance.The role of the emergency center is to assist emergency personnel in providing rapid and efficient pre hospital care for AMI patients before arriving at the hospital.The role of emergency centers is not just mechanical scheduling.They can also provide substantial assistance through remote medical guidance.The current situation of pre hospital emergency and nursing for patients with AMI is constantly improving,and the development of emergency centers and modern technology provides new possibilities for improving the survival rate and rehabilitation of patients.The treatment of AMI requires not only the high-level skills of medical professionals,but also efficient collaboration and the new technical support.This collaboration helps to shorten the rescue time of AMI patients and improve survival rate.By continuously improving the operation of emergency centers and applying modern technology,we are expecting to provide better nursing for patients with AMI,providing more opportunities for their recovery and survival.It is hoped that this effort can receive sustained support and attention to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the mortality rate of AMI.
