摘  要:椎动脉和甲状颈干同为锁骨下动脉分支。椎动脉向上走行,在颅内两条椎动脉汇合形成基底动脉为大脑供血。椎动脉狭窄闭塞患者可出现脑供血不足、肢体麻木等神经系统症状。而甲状腺下动脉代偿椎动脉供血临床上较为罕见,关于其治疗方式目前有一定的争议。文中报道了1例神经介入治疗左侧甲状腺下动脉汇入左侧椎动脉代偿为颅内供血的病例。The vertebral arteries and the thyrocervical trunk are branches of the subclavian artery.The vertebral artery travels upward in the skull where the 2 vertebral arteries converge to form the basilar artery,which supplies blood to the brain.Patients with vertebral artery stenosis and occlusion may have neurological symptoms such as insufficient blood supply to the brain and numbness in the limbs.The inferior thyroid artery compensates for the vertebral artery blood supply,which is rare in clinical practice,and its treatment is controversial.In this paper,a case of neurointerventional therapy in which the left inferior thyroid artery converged with the left vertebral artery to compensate for the intracranial blood supply is reported.
