摘　　要：基于“治风先治血”理论探讨白彦萍教授治疗皮肤瘙痒诸症的经验。白教授临床诊治皮肤瘙痒诸症常着眼于风血辨证。从疾病成因、病因论治及用药方法均可见“治风先治血”之法的运用。并附验案2则。Based on the theory of"treating blood before wind",Professor Bai Yanping's experience in treating pruritus is discussed.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,Professor Bai often focuses on differentiating wind and blood syndrome.From the causes of disease,etiology and treatment and medication methods,we can see the application of the method of"treating blood before wind".Two proven cases are presented.
