提高矿区物业服务部党建工作实效性的做法及对策

摘　　要：龙口矿区物业服务部在新时代全面加强党的建设,并取得了新成绩。但在推动党建工作时,也面临一些实效性不高的问题,主要表现在组织活力不足、市场开拓不主动、服务质量参差不齐等。为探讨如何通过创新和实施有效的策略来提高党建工作的实效性,从而推动服务部的高质量发展,文章通过系统的分析和具体对策实施,包括强化组织核心建设、聚焦市场开拓、经营管理提质增效和品牌创建激发活力等方面,探讨实现这一目标的途径。The property service department of Longkou mining area has comprehensively strengthened the Party building in the new era and achieved new results.But in promoting the Party building work,there are also some issues of low effectiveness,mainly manifested in insufficient organizational vitality,lack of initiative in market development and uneven service quality.To explore how to improve the effectiveness of the Party building work and promote the high-quality development of the service department through innovation and implementation effective strategies,this paper systematically analyzes and implements specific measures,including strengthening organizational core construction,focusing on market development,improving management quality and efficiency,and stimulating vitality through brand creation,to explore ways to achieve this goal.
