摘　　要：在新时代教育背景下,将中医文化融入大学生身心灵健康教育,构建具有创新性的育人模式已成为高校教育改革的重要方向。文章通过分析中医文化的核心内涵,结合现今心理健康教育体系的实际需求,提出建设“五位一体”的身心灵健康教育工作体系和高品质的育人课堂,将实践融入教育中,构建具有创新性的多维服务体系与心理危机预防体系,与校内专业组织管理和教育团队相配合,提出构建融合中医文化的身心灵健康教育平台。Under the background of education in the new era,it has become an important direction of college education reform to integrate the culture of traditional Chinese medicine into the physical and mental health education of college students and build an innovative education model.By analyzing the core connotation of traditional Chinese medicine culture and combining with the actual needs of the current mental health education system,the paper proposes to build a“five-in-one”physical and mental health education work system and high-quality education classroom,integrate practice into education,build an innovative multi-dimensional service system and psychological crisis prevention system,and cooperate with the professional organization management and education team in the school,put forward the construction of physical and mental health education platform integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture.
