摘 要:杂铜的金量测定通常参考YS/T 521.2—2019《粗铜化学分析方法第2部分:金和银含量的测定干湿火试金法和直接火试金法》,采用重量法与原子吸收光谱法分析。在杂铜的金量分析过程中出现的不成形或不黄金粒,俗称含杂金粒。含杂金粒分析参考标准方法应使用原子吸收光谱法,但此方法在实际分析过程中存在金结果重复性差的问题。文章进行了不同材质灰皿灰吹除杂实验及含杂金粒加金属银包铅箔二次灰吹除杂实验。实验表明,使用不同材质灰皿灰吹对含杂金粒除杂效果的影响不明显,含杂金粒加金属银包铅箔二次灰吹对含杂金粒的除杂效果好。含杂金粒加金属银包铅箔二次灰吹的除杂方法操作简单、重复性好、准确度高,为杂铜金量分析中含杂金粒提供了除杂参考。The determination of gold content of miscellaneous copper is usually referred to YS/T 521.2—2019“Chemical analysis methods of crude copper Part 2:Determination of gold and silver content-Dry and wet fire assay and direct fire assay”,which is analyzed by gravimetric method and atomic absorption spectrometry.Unformed or non-gold particles appearing in the process of gold content analysis of miscellaneous copper are commonly known as containing impurities gold particles.The reference standard method for the analysis of containing impurities gold particles should be atomic absorption spectrometry,but it has the problem of poor repeatability of gold results in the actual analysis process.The experiments of impurity removal in different materials of ash dish and ash blowing,as well as the experiments of impurity removal in secondary ash blowing containing impurities gold particles plus metal silver coated lead foil were carried out in the paper.The results show that the effect of ash dish and ash blowing with different materials on the impurity removal of containing impurities gold particles is not obvious,and the effect of secondary ash blowing with containing impurities gold particles plus metal silver coated lead foil is good.The method of secondary ash blowing with containing impurities gold particles plus metal silver coated lead foil is simple operation,good repeatability and high accuracy,and provides a reference for the impurity removal of containing impurities gold particles in the analysis of miscellaneous copper gold content.
