摘 要:凉味剂WS-23作为一种广泛应用于食品、化妆品和医药等领域的添加剂,其市场需求日益增长。然而,在生产过程中,不可避免地会产生微量工艺杂质,其中Z-1是较为常见的一种。这些杂质不仅影响产品的纯度和品质,还可能对人体健康造成潜在风险。因此,对Z-1进行结构鉴定并实现其高效转化,对提升WS-23的生产效率和产品安全性具有重要意义。文章对凉味剂WS-23的工艺杂质Z-1进行了结构鉴定,并就其转化为WS-23进行了相应尝试,通过反应条件的筛选,最终能高效地将杂质Z-1转化为WS-23,并模拟验证了该条件下结晶母液系统的转化效果。结果表明,该方案中杂质Z-1转化为WS-23的收率能够达到97%以上。The cooling agent WS-23,as an additive widely used in the fields of food,cosmetics and medicine,has a growing market demand.However,in the production process,trace amounts of process impurities are inevitably generated,among which Z-1 is a more common one.These impurities not only affect the purity and quality of the product,but may also pose potential risks to human health.Therefore,identifying the structure of Z-1 and achieving its efficient transformation is of great significance for improving the production efficiency and product safety of WS-23.In this paper,the structure of the process impurity Z-1 of the cooling agent WS-23 was identified,and corresponding attempts were made to convert it into WS-23.Through the screening of reaction conditions,the impurity Z-1 was effectively converted into WS-23,and the conversion effect of the crystallization mother liquor system under this condition was simulated and verified.The results show that the conversion rate of impurity Z-1 to WS-23 in this scheme can reach more than 97%.
