摘　　要：随着软件技术的发展,企业对人才的要求日益提升,文章对“Web企业级开发技术”课程教学现状进行了分析,并对课程改革措施进行了探索与研究。通过重构教学内容,引入真实企业项目强化实践教学案例,改进教学方法,采用线上线下混合教学模式等教学改革措施,以期提升学生的实践能力与就业竞争力,培养符合现代企业需求的高素质人才。With the development of software technology,enterprises are increasingly demanding talents.This paper analyzes the teaching status of“Web enterprise development technology”,and explores and researches the teaching of Web enterprisedevelopment technology.By reconstructing teaching content,introducing real enterprise projects to strengthen practical teaching cases,improving teaching methods,adopting mixed online and offline teaching modes and other teaching reform measures,the aim is to improve studentspractical ability and employment competitiveness,and cultivate high-quality talents who meet the needs of modern enterprises.
