基于Spring Boot和WebSocket的医院门诊排队叫号系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：文章分析了苏州市广济医院(以下简称“我院”)原有的门诊排队叫号系统存在的痛点,实现了门诊排队叫号系统的总体设计。该设计优化了跨系统间的通信架构,开发并实现了门诊排队叫号系统功能和相关算法。应用结果显示,系统运行稳定,有效提高了门诊候诊就诊效率。The article analyzes the pain points of the existing outpatient queuing and calling system at Suzhou Guangji Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),and implements the overall design of the outpatient queuing and calling system.This design optimized the communication architecture across systems,developed and implemented the outpatient queuing and calling system function and related algorithms.The application results show that the system runs stably and effectively improves the efficiency of outpatient waiting and treatment.
