摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,信息化项目监理在确保项目质量、控制成本以及保证进度方面发挥了至关重要的作用。文章总结了质量控制的目标和原则,归纳了质量控制监理的工作流程,分析了系统集成类和软件开发类项目的质量控制要点。通过对信息化项目监理案例的分析,验证了所提质量控制流程和要点的有效性,为信息化项目的实施提供了参考。With the rapid development of information technology,information technology project supervision has played a crucial role in ensuring project quality,controlling costs,and ensuring progress.The article summarizes the goals and principles of quality control,summarizes the workflow of quality control supervision,and analyzes the key points of quality control for system integration and software development projects.By analyzing the supervision cases of information technology projects,the effectiveness of the proposed quality control process and key points has been verified,providing reference for the implementation of information technology projects.
