摘　　要：组态软件与PLC控制的电动机正反转扇叶动画能形象直观地展示实际电动机的正反转情况。对于原有仅使用指示灯显示的技术来说,这是一项有效的改进,在一定程度上弥补了不足之处。综合组态软件、PLC和电气控制技术,文章在应用组态软件制作动画的过程中使用了软件自有的元件库,不仅制作了扇叶元件,还编写了脚本程序及相应的PLC程序,最后进行了连机调试,满足了预定的设计要求。The animation of the forward and reverse fan blades of the motor controlled by configuration software and PLC can visually display the actual forward and reverse situation of the motor.For the original technology that only used indicator lights for display,this is an effective improvement that to some extent compensates for the shortcomings.By integrating configuration software,PLC,and electrical control technology,this article utilized the softwares own component library in the process of creating animations using configuration software.Not only did it produce fan blade components,but it also wrote script programs and corresponding PLC programs.Finally,it was debugged and met the predetermined design requirements.
