摘  要:许多液晶显示产品会通过贴附光学减反膜来解决光学不良问题。由于AR膜尺寸小且厚度薄,在贴附过程中易产生褶皱缺陷。对此,文章提出了一种褶皱不良三维检测方法,通过相机扫描AR膜片表面三维形貌并形成表面形貌云图,从而分区域对膜片表面的褶皱程度进行综合判定。经验证,该方法可以取代现有的人工和平面检测方式,不仅极大地提升了检测效率和准确率,还节约了生产成本。Many liquid crystal display products solve the problem of optical defects by attaching optical anti reflection films.Due to the small size and thin thickness of AR film,wrinkling defects are prone to occur during the attachment process.The article proposes a three-dimensional detection method for wrinkling defects,which scans the three-dimensional morphology of AR film surface with a camera and forms a surface morphology cloud map to comprehensively determine the degree of wrinkling on the film surface by region.After verification,this method can replace existing manual and planar detection methods,greatly improving detection efficiency and accuracy,and saving production costs.
