摘  要:大跨空间网架结构因尺度大、安装高度高而多采用分区拼装、累积提升与高空散装相结合的施工方法.为保证施工过程的顺利进行以及结构成形后的形态控制在设计许可范围内,关键在于制定合理的中间控制目标.依托一大跨空间网架结构实际工程,开展支撑胎架精准位置、提升吊点布置等施工中间控制目标的优化分析.首先基于空间结构形态学基本理论,采用正装迭代法计算网架结构的施工预变形,并据此确定支撑胎架的精准位置;然后为确定最优吊点布置,设置两套优化方案并进行对比分析,结合结构成型时的位形与施工过程中待拼接节点的变形情况优选出提升吊点布置方案;最后基于最优吊点布置方案,建立结构的施工过程理想状态数值模型,计算分析了施工过程引起的杆件附加应力,验证了优化方案的可靠性.Due to the large scale and high installation height,the long-span spatial grid structure often adopts the construction method of combining divisional installation,cumulative lifting and high-altitude element assembly.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process and control of the geometric configuration as well as internal force state of the structure after construction,establishing a reasonable intermediate control target is the crucial factor.Based on the actual project of a long-span spatial grid structure,this paper studies the optimization analysis of the construction intermediate control target parameters,such as precise position of supporting jig frame and lifting point position.Firstly,based on the basic theory of spatial structure morphology,the construction pre-set deformation value of a grid structure is calculated by forward iteration method,and the precise position of the supporting jig frame is determined accordingly.Then,in order to determine the optimal lifting point position,two optimization schemes are adopted for comparative analysis.The final layout scheme is optimized by integrating the overall structural deformation of the joints to be connected during construction.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the ideal state numerical model of the construction process of the grid structure is established,the additional stress of the members caused by the construction process is calculated and analyzed,and the reliability of the optimization scheme is verified.
