摘　　要：目的:对不同生长年限栽培唐古特大黄中根与根茎中总蒽醌类成分进行测定,分析生长年限对总蒽醌的影响,确定栽培唐古特大黄的采收年限。方法:采用《中国药典》中总蒽醌的测定方法,利用HPLC测定不同生长年限唐古特大黄根、根茎中总蒽醌的含量。结果:不同生长年限唐古特大黄中根和根茎总蒽醌含量差异较大,根和根茎中三年生样本含量最高分别为30.15、25.14 mg·g^(-1);一年生最低为17.38、10.3 mg·g^(-1)。同一生长年限的唐古特大黄总蒽醌以五种蒽醌类成分计在根中含量高于根茎。结论:生长年限对栽培唐古特大黄中总蒽醌含量有明显影响,对栽培唐古特大黄的栽培年限和采收有一定指导。Objective:To detect the total anthraquinone components in the roots and rhizomes of cultivated Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.(Tanggute rhubarb)with different growth years,and analyze the impact of growth years on total anthraquinone,and determine the harvest years of cultivated Tanggute rhubarb.Methods:The determination method of total anthraquinone recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was used.The content of total anthraquinone in the roots and stems of Tanggute rhubarb with different growth years was detected by HPLC.Results:There were significant differences in the total anthraquinone content in the roots and rhizomes of Tanggute rhubarb with different growth years.The highest content of three-year samples in the roots and rhizomes was 30.15 and 25.14 mg·g^(-1),and the minimum annual weight was 17.38 and 10.3 mg·g^(-1).The total anthraquinone content of Tanggute rhubarb with the same growth period was higher in the root than that in the rhizome based on five anthraquinone components.Conclusion:The growth period has a significant impact on the total anthraquinone content in cultivated Tanggute rhubarb,providing guidance for the cultivation period and harvest of Tanggute rhubarb.
