摘　　要：本文对瓜蒌皮的古籍收载情况、药用名称、植物来源、产地、炮制方法、性味归经、主要功效以及含瓜蒌皮方剂的用法用量、配方配伍进行了本草考证。经系统考证后明确瓜蒌皮以栝蒌皮之名始载于《雷公炮炙论》,此后以瓜蔞皮、蒌皮、蔞皮、栝蔞皮、括蔞皮等11种名称记载,别名较多;瓜蒌皮经干燥后研磨成粉末可以用酒或者姜汁直接送服,亦可在汤剂中与其他药物配伍用于治疗相关疾病,如咽喉肿痛、胸胁疼痛、肺热痰嗽等表证;瓜蒌皮的炮制方法有生用、蜜炙两种。本文的考证结果不仅为瓜蒌皮的生产、加工和炮制提供了历史依据,还为瓜蒌皮相关的医药古籍现代研究推陈出新缔结了重要纽带。This study presents a thorough investigation of historical records of Gualoupi in ancient texts,medicinal names,botanical origins,producing place,processing methods,property,taste,channel tropism,main efficacy,usage,dosage and compatibility of the prescription containing Gualoupi.After systematic verification,it confirmed that Gualoupi was first recorded in"Lei Gong Pao Zhi Lun".Subsequently,it has been documented under eleven different names,indicating its heteronymous research.Dried and powdered Gualoupi can be taken directly with alcohol or ginger juice,or it can be combined with other herbs in decoction to treat various conditions such as sore throat,chest and rib pain,and cough with phlegm caused by lung heat.Gualoupi can be processed using two methods of raw use or honey-frying.The findings provide valuable insights into the production and historical usage of Gualoupi,bridging the gap between ancient medical literature and modern research.
