摘　　要：行业工资水平事关劳动者的工资溢价和共同富裕的实现,探寻其受哪些行业因素影响及影响程度如何具有重要意义。研究表明,行业工资水平与科技创新投入中的创新经费投入正相关,与外部技术引入和创新劳动力投入负相关,与金融资本活动中的实际利用外资和对外直接投资正相关,与劳动人口特征中的劳动人口受教育程度和劳动人口流动正相关。进一步研究发现,劳动人口受教育程度是对行业工资水平影响最大的行业因素,对外直接投资、实际利用外资和外部技术引入的影响程度次之,而创新经费投入、创新劳动力投入和劳动人口流动的影响较小。工资水平过低的行业可通过提升从业者受教育程度、加大对外直接投资、促进劳动人口流动等方式推动行业工资水平增长,工资水平过高的行业可通过增加创新劳动力投入和外部技术引入来抑制行业工资水平增长。The industry wage level is related to the wage premium of workers and the realization of common prosperity.It is of great significance to explore which industry factors affect industry wage levels and to what extent.The study found that industry wage level is positively correlated with innovation funding investment,negatively correlated with external technology introduction and innovation labor input in technological innovation investment,positively correlated with actual utilization of foreign capital and outward foreign direct investment in financial capital activities,and positively correlated with the education level of labor force and the mobility of labor force in labor population characteristics.Further research found that the education level of labor force is the industry factor that has the greatest impact on the industry wage level,followed by outward foreign direct investment,actual utilization of foreign capital and external technology introduction,while innovation funding investment,innovation labor input and labor mobility have relatively little impact on industry wage levels.Industries with too low wages can promote the growth of industry wages by improving the education level of employees,increasing outward foreign direct investment,and promoting labor mobility.Industries with excessively high wages can suppress the growth of industry wages by increasing innovation labor input and external technology introduction.
