东北地区省会城市经济空间演化的环境损害成本响应分析

摘　　要：伴随着工业化与城市化进程的加快和生态环境问题关注度的提高,城市经济空间演化与生态环境的响应关系成为研究热点。对东北地区省会城市经济空间演化的环境损害成本响应进行分析后发现,东北地区省会城市的工业化水平在不断降低,城市化水平在缓慢提升;长春和哈尔滨协调度水平较低,处于失调状态;城市经济空间演化的环境损害程度有不断增大的趋势;由于环境承载力与城市经济空间演化的不匹配,综合响应度不论高低,均会造成东北地区省会城市环境保护能力和工业化—城市化协调度的下降。With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the increasing attention to ecological environment issues,the response relationship between urban economic spatial evolution and ecological environment has become a research focus.After analyzing the environmental damage cost response of the economic spatial evolution of capital cities in Northeast China,it is found that the industrialization level of capital cities in Northeast China is decreasing and the urbanization level is increasing slowly.The coordination degree of Changchun and Harbin is low and in a state of imbalance.The degree of environmental damage in the evolution of urban economic space has an increasing trend.Due to the mismatch between environmental carrying capacity and urban economic spatial evolution,no matter how high the comprehensive response degree is,it will lead to the decline of the environmental protection ability and the coordination degree of industrialization and urbanization of the capital cities in Northeast China.
