称重法在静脉用药调配中心成品复核环节中的应用

摘　　要：目的提高静脉用药调配中心成品输液复核环节的准确性。方法在药品基础信息管理系统里增加药品质量与密度两个属性,并在医嘱标签中显示整份医嘱的理论重量值,供成品复核环节称重比较复核。结果实施前后对比,实施后的成品复核差错检出率有所提高,临床科室反馈送药不及时的次数没有增加;且科室外部差错发生数量减少。结论应用称重法在静脉用药调配中心的成品复核环节中能有效的提高成品输液的正确性,保证了患者的输液安全。OBJECTIVE Improve the accuracy of finished product infusion review in intravenous drug dispensing center.METHODS Two attributes of drug quality and density were added to the basic drug information management system,and the theoretical weight value of the entire medical order was displayed in the medical order label for weighing,comparison and review of the finished product review.RESULTS Compared before and after implementation,the error detection rate of finished product review after implementation was improved,and the number of clinical departments′feedback of drug delivery was not increased;The number of external errors in the department was reduced.CONCLUSION Weighing method can effectively improve the correctness of finished product infusion and ensure the safety of infusion in the intravenous drug dispensing center.
