中药穴位贴敷联合盐酸贝那普利治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷联合盐酸贝那普利治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年8月期间于某院确诊的92例阴虚阳亢型老年高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者给予盐酸贝那普利片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予中药穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、诊室血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平、动态血压水平、血压达标率、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)]、焦虑情绪改变情况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率(89.13%)高于对照组(71.74%,P<0.05);两组患者SBP、DBP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);日间SBP、夜间SBP、日间DBP、夜间DBP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者诊室血压达标率和动态血压达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合盐酸贝那普利治疗阴虚阳亢型老年高血压临床疗效较佳,可有效改善患者血压水平和焦虑状态,提高生活质量,且未增加不良反应的发生风险。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of senile hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Methods:A total of 92 patients with senile hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity treated in a hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected and assigned to the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets,while patients in the observation group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in addition to the treatment given in the control group,both for 4 continuous weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinic blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]level,ambulatory blood pressure level,blood pressure control rate,quality of life[general quality of life questionnaire(GQOL-74)],changes in anxiety[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total response rate in the observation group(89.13%)was higher than that in the control group(71.74%,P<0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP were decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of day-time SBP, night-time SBP, day-time DBP and night-time DBP were decreased in both groups, with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group (P<0.05). The control rates of clinic blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life were increased in both groups, with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group (P<0.05).
