摘 要:在口腔颌面外科的诊疗中,计算机断层扫描(CT)因其高分辨率的三维图像而成为不可或缺的工具。然而,口腔内常见的金属植入物,如牙科种植体和牙齿修复物,会在CT成像中产生伪影。这些伪影会干扰图像的诊断,导致错误的治疗决策。近年来,多种CT成像技术和人工智能算法被研究和开发,以减少这些伪影。本文综述了CT成像技术和人工智能算法在降低口腔金属植入物伪影方面的研究进展。Computed tomography(CT)is an indispensable tool in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery due to its high-resolution 3D images.However,metal implants that are common in the mouth,such as dental implants and dental restorations,can create artifacts in CT imaging.These artifacts can interfere with the diagnosis of images,leading to erroneous treatment decisions.In recent years,a variety of CT imaging techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms have been researched and developed to reduce these artifacts.This paper review the research progress of CT imaging technology and artificial intelligence algorithms in reducing the artifacts of oral metal implants.
