摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查用于子宫肌瘤诊断中的临床价值,并分析相关超声指标。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年10月日照市中医医院收治的疑似子宫肌瘤患者88例为研究对象,包含80例子宫肌瘤患者,子宫腺肌病8例,行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,以组织病理检查结果为诊断金标准,探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫肌瘤诊断的应用价值。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的灵敏度为96.25%(77/80),特异度为8.75%(7/8),准确率为95.45%(84/88),经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查与组织病理检查结果中Kappa值为0.753,具有极好的一致性;子宫肌瘤患者RI、Vs、Vd以及PI均低于子宫腺肌病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查用于子宫肌瘤诊断中的临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids,and analyze the relevant ultrasound indexes.Methods Selecting 88 suspected uterine fibroid patients admitted to Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 as the research subjects,including 80 patients with uterine fibroids and 8 patients with adenomyosis.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was performed,and the histopathological results were used as the diagnostic gold standard.The application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids was analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination were 96.25%(77/80),8.75%(7/8),and 95.45%(84/88),respectively.The histopathological examination results were taken as the gold standard,and the Kappa value of the results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and histopathological examination was 0.753,showing excellent consistency.The RI,Vs,Vd and PI of patients with uterine fibroids were lower than those with adenomyosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is of high clinical value in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.
