介入性超声诊断四肢肌肉骨关节疾病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究四肢肌肉骨关节疾病诊断应用介入性超声的效果。方法:纳入2021年5月至2024年1月160例疑似样本,均予以介入性超声,以临床综合诊断为金标准,分析其诊断效能及疾病检出情况。结果:对比诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度以及具体疾病类型的检出率,介入性超声与临床综合诊断相比无差异,P>0.05。结论:四肢肌肉骨关节疾病的临床诊断,应用介入性超声,其诊断准确性良好,能够明确具体的疾病类型,为临床治疗提供参考,推广意义深远。Objective:To explore the effect of interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal and joint diseases of limbs.Methods:160 suspected samples from May 2021 to January 2024 were included,all of which were subjected to interventional ultrasound,and the diagnostic efficacy and disease detection were analyzed with comprehensive clinical diagnosis as the gold standard.Results:Compared with the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and detection rate of specific disease types,there was no difference between interventional ultrasound and clinical comprehensive diagnosi(s P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of musculoskeletal and joint diseases of limbs,interventional ultrasound has good diagnostic accuracy,can identify specific disease types,provide reference for clinical treatment,and has far-reaching promotion significance.
