摘　　要：多发肋骨骨折是一种常见且严重的胸部创伤疾病,不仅可引发患者出现胸部剧烈疼痛、肿胀、咳血、呼吸困难等症状,严重时还会威胁其生命安全。既往,临床多采用药物、胸带固定胸壁等非手术方案对患者治疗,虽有一定的效果,但这些治疗方案起效较慢,疗效相对有限。随着临床治疗技术的不断更新和发展,手术在多发肋骨骨折治疗中得到了广泛应用。本文综述了多发肋骨骨折手术治疗的研究新进展,以期为临床提供参考。Multiple rib fractures are a common and serious chest trauma disease,which can not only cause severe chest pain,swelling,hemoptysis,breathing difficulties and other symptoms in patients,but also threaten their life safety in severe cases.In the past,non-surgical treatments such as medication and chest band fixation were commonly used in clinical practice to treat patients.Although they have certain effects,these treatment plans take effect slowly and have relatively limited efficacy.With the continuous updating and development of clinical treatment techniques,surgery has been widely used in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.This article reviews the latest research progress in surgical treatment of multiple rib fractures,with the aim of providing reference for clinical practice.
