摘 要:通过对JMAK再结晶预测模型进行降维优化处理,系统研究了初始晶粒尺寸、变形温度、应变量、应变速率及保温时间对5182铝合金热轧板再结晶行为的影响。通过一系列试验测试,掌握了单一因素对再结晶行为的独立影响,并据此确定了JMAK预测模型的系数。结合Deform热塑性变形预测软件,成功实现了5182铝合金板材热轧过程中再结晶体积分数分布云图的预测。对比分析了热轧板的典型部位的再结晶体积分数,结果显示板材表面沿宽度方向的最大预测误差小于9.6%,而板材心部沿宽度方向的最大预测误差小于10.9%。验证了基于JMAK法建立的再结晶预测模型在预测工业热轧板再结晶体积分数方面的有效性和准确性。The effects of initial grain size,deformation temperature,strain,strain rate,and holding time on the recrystallization behavior of 5182 aluminum alloy hot-rolled sheet were systematically studied by dimensionality reduction and optimization of JMAK recrystallization prediction model.Through a series of tests,independent effect of individual factors on recrystallization behavior were successfully obtained,and the coefficients of the JMAK prediction model were determined based on this.Combining the Deform thermoplastic deformation prediction software,the study successfully predicted the distribution cloud map of recrystallization volume fraction during the hot rolling process of 5182 aluminum alloy sheet was successfully predicted.A comparative analysis of the recrystallization volume fractions at typical locations on the hot-rolled sheet was conducted,showing that the maximum predicted error along the width direction of the sheet surface was less than 9.6%,while the maximum predicted error along the width direction of the sheet core was less than 10.9%.The result validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the recrystallization prediction model based on the JMAK method in predicting the recrystallization volume fraction of industrial hot-rolled sheets.
