摘  要:构建了一种简单的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)辅助水热法来制备介孔Nb_(2)O_(5)催化剂样品,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)等测试手段,对催化剂形貌结构和光电特性进行了分析.研究发现,CTAB的加入是导致Nb_(2)O_(5)产生介孔的主要原因.介孔的存在,不仅改善了催化剂吸附能力,同时诱导更多表面氧空位的形成,这些变化增强了催化剂表面活性氧物种的产生能力.此外,更多的氧空位的存在充当光生电子(e−)的复合中心,使CTAB辅助水热制备的Nb_(2)O_(5)催化剂具有更加优异的光生电荷分离能力.将得到的催化剂用于水中污染物控制,包括罗丹明B(RhB)的降解以及重金属Cr(Ⅵ)的还原,其中最优掺杂比例C10-NbO样品在20 min后对罗丹明B的去除率达到99%,在最佳反应条件下60 min内对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率可以达到98%.系列实验结果均证实介孔Nb_(2)O_(5)催化剂材料优异的光催化氧化还原能力.此外,探究了催化剂的稳定性以及在宽泛水环境条件下的应用效果,表明其具有一定的应用潜质.A simple cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)assisted hydrothermal method was constructed to prepare mesoporous Nb_(2)O_(5) catalyst samples.The morphology,structure,and photoelectric properties of the catalyst were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and UV vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis DRS).The study found that the addition of CTAB helped to form a large pore mesoporous structure of the catalyst,improve its adsorption capacity,and induce the formation of more surface oxygen vacancies,Enhance the catalyst's ability to generate reactive oxygen species and free radicals.In addition,the presence of more oxygen vacancies serves as recombination centers for photo generated electrons(e−),making the Nb2O5 catalyst prepared by CTAB assisted hydrothermal method more excellent in photo generated charge tseparation ability.Finally,The obtained catalyst was used for water pollutant control,including the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB)and the reduction of heavy metal Cr(Ⅵ),in which the optimal doping ratio of C10-NbO samples had a removal rate of 99%for rhodamine B after 20 min,and a removal rate of 98%for Cr(Ⅵ)within 60 min under optimal reaction conditions,which confirmed the excellent photocatalytic redox ability of mesoporous Nb_(2)O_(5) catalyst materials.In addition,the stability of the catalyst and its application effect under wide flooding environment conditions have also been explored,indicating that it has a certain potential for application.
