摘　　要：本文旨在探讨如何促进涉藏地区(以四川甘孜藏族自治州为例)的第一、二、三产业的协同发展及提升其竞争力的方式方法,通过强化对拥有强大实力与完整的供应链体系的支持力度来推动产业发展,同时结合公共资金投入和社会资本注入等手段实现这一目标。以此方式构建起一条主导着整个地区经济发展的新兴道路——即利用交通网络(如四川至西藏的高铁线路)建立适宜居住的城市社区环境,从而形成一种“生产城市一体化”示范区。在此过程中应积极推行创新驱动型的策略路线图,重点关注环保可持续发展的项目开发工作,优化当地各行业的结构配置方案,寻求用自然资源交换相关产品的合作途径,以便更好地参与到成都重庆两个城市市区的共同繁荣中。此外还需从加强对本地文化遗产保护工作的重视程度,全面推广全民共享式的旅行体验活动,深度发掘农村生态系统的潜在优势并在其中寻找新的商业机会等方面展开深入的研究分析,为进一步改善美丽、幸福、生态甘孜提供有意义的支持依据。This paper aims to explore ways and means to promote the coordinated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Zang people’s areas(taking the Ganzi Zang People Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan as an example)and enhance their competitiveness.This is achieved by strengthening support for strong and complete supply chain systems to promote industrial development,and combining public funding and social capital injection.In this way,a new path that dominates the economic development of the entire region is constructed-that is,using transportation networks(such as the high-speed rail line from Sichuan to Xizang)to establish a livable urban community environment,thereby forming a“production-city integration”demonstration area.In this process,all stakeholders should actively promote an innovation-driven strategic roadmap,focus on environmentally friendly and sustainable project development,optimize the structural configuration of local industries,and seek cooperative ways to exchange related products with natural resources in order to better participate in the common prosperity of the two metropolitan areas of Chengdu and Chongqing.In addition,the importance of local cultural heritage protection should be emphasized,and it’s wise to comprehensively promote travel experience activities shared by all people,deeply explore the potential advantages of rural ecosystems and find new business opportunities in them,etc.,all of which provides valuable insights for the better construction of a beautiful,happy,and harmonious Ganzi.
