摘  要:增强纤维是拖曳光电线缆中关键的增强元件材料。为了确保拖曳光电线缆在承受一定的拖曳、系留、反复收放等作用力时仍具有优良的光电传输性能,对其目前所用的各类市售的高强度增强纤维性能进行了试验研究。通过对拖曳光电线缆用增强纤维材料的拉伸性能试验、耐磨性试验、工艺性能试验和对由增强纤维材料制成的拖曳光电线缆的拉伸性能试验和耐疲劳性试验的研究,结果表明:相比于国外芳纶纤维,国内聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弹性模量较佳,耐磨性达到普通芳纶纤维的7倍左右,且加工工艺难度基本相同;相比于国外芳纶纤维,国内芳纶纤维的弹性模量、耐磨性略差,但拉伸强度和断裂伸长率略优、加工工艺难度略小,材料获取更为便捷,材料成本更为可控。The reinforced fiber is a key reinforcing element material in towed opto-electric cables.In order to ensure that the towed opto-electric cables still have excellent opto-electric transmission performance under certain forces such as towing,tethering,and repeated retraction,the experimental researches are conducted on the properties of various commercially available high-strength reinforced fibers currently used in it.Through the study of tensile performance tests,abrasion resistance tests,process performance tests of reinforced fiber materials used for towed opto-electric cables,as well as tensile performance tests and fatigue resistance tests of towed opto-electric cables made of reinforced fiber materials,the results show that compared with foreign aramid fibers,domestic polyimide(PI)fibers have better tensile strength,elongation at break,and elastic modulus,with abrasion resistance about 7 times that of ordinary aramid fibers,and the processing difficulty is basically the same;compared with foreign aramid fibers,domestic aramid fibers have slightly lower elastic modulus and abrasion resistance,but slightly better tensile strength and elongation at break,slightly less processing difficulty,more convenient material acquisition,and more controllablematerial costs.
