摘  要:为满足工业物联网5.8G无线通信系统的覆盖应用需求,展开了新型工业物联网5.8G无线通信系统用漏泄同轴电缆的设计。通过铜包铝线内导体、皮-泡-皮物理发泡聚乙烯绝缘、开U形槽孔铜带纵包外导体、低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套等电缆的结构设计和材料选用,确保电缆具有标准特性阻抗、无卤阻燃、质量轻、弯曲半径小、便于在狭小空间安装、易于施工等性能。通过辐射模式理论研究、CST电磁仿真计算和样品试制,获得最优U形槽孔设计方案,确保电缆在5.7~5.9 GHz频率下传输(纵向)衰减常数α≤38 dB/(100 m)、耦合损耗值L_(c, 95)≤69 dB、电压驻波比R_(VSWR)≤1.21。该电缆的设计过程和相关仿真研究结果可为同类漏泄同轴电缆产品的研制提供参考。To meet the coverage application requirements of the 5.8G wireless communication system in the industrial internet of things(IloT),a new type of leaky coaxial cable for the 5.8G wireless communication system in IloT has been designed.Through the structural design and material selection of cable such as copper clad aluminum wire inner conductor,skin-foam-skin physical foam polyethylene insulation,U-shaped slotted copper strip longitudinal wrapped outer conductor,low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin sheath,etc.,the cable is ensured to have standard characteristic impedance,halogen-free flame retardant,light weight,small bending radius,easy installation in narrow spaces,and easy construction.Through radiation mode theory research,CST electromagnetic simulation calculation,and sample trial production,the optimal U-shaped slot design scheme is obtained to ensure that the cable's transmission(longitudinal)attenuation constant is not greater than 38 dB/(100 m)at frequencies of 5.7~5.9 GHz,coupling loss value is not greater than 69 dB,and voltage standing wave ratio is not greater than 1.21.The design process and related simulation research results of this cable can provide reference for the development of similar leaky coaxial cable products.
