摘　　要：为了满足大容量采煤机的生产需求,针对常规1.9/3.3 kV采煤机用电缆传输容量较小的不足,自主研制了一种新型10 kV采煤机用金属屏蔽编织加强型光纤复合软电缆。通过股绞和复绞制成同向结构的动力线芯导体,提高其结构稳定性;通过采用高强度抗拉元件和特殊缠绕工艺制成控制线芯导体,提高其抗拉性和抗弯曲性;通过采用单模光纤双螺旋铠装结构制成光传输单元,提高其抗拉性和抗弯曲性;通过按优化后的缆芯结构进行动力线芯、控制线芯和光传输单元绞合,以及采用自主研发的内护套+编织加强层+外护套一次成型技术,提高电缆的抗冲击、抗挤压、抗弯曲等性能和使用寿命。经检测,该电缆具有优异的井下环境工作性能,可满足大容量采煤机的生产需求。该类电缆产品的成功开发填补了国内相关领域的空白。In order to meet the production needs of large capacity coal mining machines,a new type of metal shielding braided reinforced optical fiber composite flexible cable for coal mining machines with a rated voltage of 1o kV has been independently developed to address the shortcomings of small transmission capacity of conventional 1.9/3.3 kV cables used in coal mining machines.By stranding and re-twisting,the power wire core conductor with the same direction structure is made to improve its structural stability;by using high-strength tensile component and special winding technology,the control wire core conductor is made to improve its tensile and bending resistance;by adopting a single-mode fiber double helix armor structure,the optical transmission unit is made to improve its tensile and bending resistance;by stranding the power core,control core,and optical transmission unit according to the optimized cable core structure,as well as using independently developed inner sheath+braided reinforcement layer+outer sheath one-time molding technology,the cable core is made to improve the impact resistance,extrusion resistance,bending resistance,and service life of the cable.After testing,the cable has excellent performance in downhole environments and can meet the production needs of large capacity coal mining machines.The successful development of this type of cable product has filled the gap in related fields in China.
