摘　　要：先进的制造工艺是电线电缆产业高质量发展、产品质量提升的有力保障和支撑。在详细介绍电线电缆制造工艺具有工艺复杂性、工艺设备专业性、工艺过程管理科学性等基本特征的基础上,对影响电线电缆制造工艺过程设计、工艺质量检测、工艺成本管控等方面的相关因素进行了综合梳理和分析,以期推动我国电线电缆制造工艺的持续改进与优化,提高电线电缆制造的整体技术水平和制造成本控制能力。The advanced manufacturing processes are a powerful guarantee and support for the high-quality development and product quality improvement of the wire and cable industry.On the basis of a detailed introduction to the basic characteristics of wire and cable manufacturing process,such as process complexity,professional process equipment,and scientific process management,the relevant factors that affect the process design,process quality inspection and process cost control of wire and cable manufacturing are comprehensively sorted out and analyzed,in order to promote the continuous improvement and optimization of China's wire and cable manufacturing process,enhance the overall technical level and manufacturing cost control ability of wire and cable manufacturing.
