摘　　要：中压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆绝缘线芯的质量缺陷严重影响了线路运行的可靠性和企业的经济效益。针对常见的导体屏蔽缺陷、绝缘屏蔽缺陷、绝缘缺陷,从人、机、料、法、环各方面对其产生原因进行了详细分析,进而提出相应的解决措施。员工自身素质和操作技能的提高、设备和工装模具维护保养的加强、材料储存和生产环境的严格管理有利于降低中压交联绝缘线芯质量缺陷,同时生产中还应根据不同厂家的材料特性及时调整工艺参数,所用材料应尽量相对稳定,新增材料厂家必须进行严格的工艺试验。The quality defects of the insulated conductor of MV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables seriously affect the reliability of line operation and the economic benefits of enterprises.The detailed analysis is conducted on the causes of common conductor shielding defects,insulation shielding defects,and insulation defects from various aspects such as human,machine,material,method,and environment,and corresponding solutions are proposed.The improvement of employees'own quality and operational skills,the strengthening of equipment and tooling mold maintenance,and the strict management of material storage and production environment are conducive to reducing the quality defects of MV cross-linked insulated conductor.At the same time,the process parameters should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the material characteristics of different manufacturers during production.The materials used should be relatively stable as much as possible,and new material manufacturers must conduct strictprocesstests.
