摘  要:铝塑复合带结构中压海底光电复合缆具有质轻、阻水性能佳、完全耐海水腐蚀、生产和使用均无污染且对生物无害等优点,工程应用优势较大。相对于成熟的铅套结构海底光电复合缆的故障维修技术,目前我国该类复合缆维修领域技术仍处于空白。通过一起该类复合缆锚害断裂的修复,创新性地提出了电力单元导体熔融接头工艺+包带模塑法,以实现电气连接,由此形成了一套完整且行之有效的该类复合缆维修方案,为该类复合缆的工程应用和推广提供了有力支撑。The MV submarine opto-electric composite cable with aluminum-plastic composite foil structure has advantages such as light weight,good water resistance,perfect resistance to marine corrosion,no pollution in production and use,and harmless to organisms.This type of composite cable has significant advantages in engineering applications.Compared to the mature fault repair technology of lead jacket structure submarine opto-electric composite cable,the current repair technology of this type of composite cable is still blank in our country.Through the restore of a broken composite cable because of anchor damage,an innovative approach is proposed to achieve electrical connection by the fusion joint process of power unit conductors and the tape molding method.It has formed a complete and effective repair plan for the kind of composite cable,providing strong support for the engineering application and promotion of the composite cable.
