煤矿瓦斯监测值特征分析与预警技术研究

摘　　要：在四川川煤华荣能源有限责任公司联网平台和下属20对矿井安全监控系统数据基础上,通过分析和挖掘瓦斯监测数据特征规律,研究提出瓦斯突变、瓦斯长期不变、瓦斯偏离均值、瓦斯长期趋势和瓦斯短期趋势等预警算法,并构建瓦斯预警平台,包含分析服务、Web客户端、手机APP等软件,实现瓦斯监测预测预警,分级消息推送,预警处置闭环等功能,为防范瓦斯风险,保障矿井安全生产提供信息化、自动化和智能化的技术支撑。Based on the networked platform of Sichuan Chuanmei Huarong Energy Co.,Ltd.and 20 pairs of mine safety monitoring system data,by analyzing and exploring the characteristics and laws of gas monitoring data,early warning algorithms such as gas sudden change,gas long-term unchanged,gas deviation from the mean value,gas long-term trend,gas short-term trend,etc.have been built,including analysis services,Web clients,mobile APP and other software,to realize gas monitoring,prediction and early warning,and hierarchical message push.Functions such as early warning and disposal closed-loop provide informatization,automation and intelligent technical support for preventing gas risks and ensuring safe production in mines.
