自来水厂中混合池搅拌机改造实例

摘  要:深圳市某水厂设计规模23万t/d,采用常规处理工艺,为提高反应沉淀效果,该水厂2022年底对二期南混合池加装搅拌机,实现混合池机械混合。改造后,运行效果改善,南池沉后水浊度平均值由改造前的0.70 NTU降低至0.31 NTU,平均浊度降低56%;碱铝投加量降低0.22 mg/L,根据2023年该水厂供水量计算,全年可节约碱铝费用22201元。以上结果表明,自来水厂中采用机械混合效果优于水力混合,有利于提高反应沉淀效果,进一步改善水质,是自来水厂混合池改造中具备可行性和经济性的改造方案,为自来水厂节能降耗提供新思路。A water plant in Shenzhen has a design scale of 23 tons/day and adopts conventional treatment processes.In order to improve the reaction and precipitation effect,the water plant installed a mixer in the second phase south mixing pool at the end of 2022 to achieve mechanical mixing in the mixing pool.After the renovation,the operating effect has been improved.The average turbidity of the settled water in Nanchi has been reduced from 0.70 NTU before the renovation to 0.31 NTU,and the average turbidity has been reduced by 56%.The alkali and aluminum dosage has been reduced by 0.22 mg/L.Based on the water supply of the water plant in 2023,the annual alkali and aluminum costs can be saved by 22,201 yuan.The above results show that the effect of mechanical mixing in waterworks is better than that of hydraulic mixing,which is conducive to improving the reaction and precipitation effect and further improving water quality.It is a feasible and economical transformation plan in the renovation of the mixing pool of the waterworks,which is helpful to the waterworks,thus providing new ideas for saving energy and reducing consumption.
