摘　　要：轮状病毒性肠炎(Rotavirus enteritis,RVE)是婴幼儿严重腹泻的主要原因,给全球公共卫生带来严重负担。轮状病毒(Rotavirus,RV)可依赖宿主细胞侵袭多系统及靶器官,介导机体复杂的级联反应有效维持自身复制和增殖。该病属中医“温病”“泄泻”范畴,脾虚湿盛是基本病机,运脾化湿是主要治则。然中医之“脾”囊括了现代医学的多层含义,贯穿了“消化-神经-内分泌-免疫网络”始终。该文从脾统运化、枢气机、主卫外、内藏意等经典理论切入,系统梳理了“脾为五脏使”在RVE发病中的科学内涵,探讨了五加减正气散在RVE标本兼治中的理论依据,明确了“脾为之使”在中医药抗病毒中的指导作用,为临床从脾论治RVE丰富了思路与方法,为中医药抗病毒的传承发展提供了借鉴与参考。Rotavirus enteritis(RVE)is the main cause of severe diarrhea in infants and young children,posing a serious burden on global public health.RV can rely on host cells to invade multiple systems and target organs,mediating complex cascade reactions in the body to effectively maintain self replication and proliferation.This disease belongs to"warm disease"or"diarrhea"in traditional Chinese medicine.Spleen deficiency and excessive dampness are the basic pathogenesis,and spleen circulation and dampness transformation are the main treatment principles.The"spleen"in traditional Chinese medicine encompasses multiple meanings of modern medicine,throughout the"digestive-nervous-endocrine-immune network".This article starts with classic theories such as the spleen unifying the circulation and transformation,the central qi mechanism,the control of external health,and the internal hidden meaning.It systematically sorts out the scientific connotation of"the spleen serving as the envoy of the five organs"in the pathogenesis of RVE,explores the theoretical basis of"WJJZQS"in the diagnosis and treatment of RVE,clarifies the guiding role of"the spleen serving as the envoy"in the antiviral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,enriches the thinking and methods of treating RVE from the spleen in clinical practice,and provides reference and reference for the inheritance and development of antiviral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
