档案数据可信性的法规保障研究

摘　　要：以“档案数据”为切入点阐释其概念和特点,进而明确档案数据可信性的概念;其次,选取14部法规文件对档案数据可信性的法规保障现状加以分析,同时提出进一步实现档案数据可信对于法规的需求,两者对比得出现有法规在保障档案数据可信方面存在的问题;最后,提出增加业务环节规范、细化新兴技术标准、减少法规之间障碍等解决策略。Taking"archival data"as the starting point,this paper explains its concept and characteristics,and then clarifies the concept of archival data credibility.Secondly,14 regulatory documents are selected to analyze the current status of regulatory guarantee for archival data credibility,and at the same time,the demand for regulations to further realize archival data credibility is proposed.By comparing the two,it is concluded that there are problems with existing regulations in ensuring archival data credibility.Finally,solutions such as increasing business link specifications,refining newly emerging technology standards and reducing barriers between regulations are proposed.
