摘　　要：数智技术与档案利用工作融合发展带来了很多伦理风险,通过分析其具体表象及成因溯源,从而探讨数智时代档案服务利用伦理风险与规避策略,即强调构建新型伦理规约,它所依据的一般原则及特殊原则;完善档案服务利用伦理机制,建立风险预测判别机制;充分发挥人的主体性,并引入实证研究,最终达到档案服务利用数据治理的“善治”。The integrated development of digital intelligence technology and archives utilization has brought about a lot of ethical risks.This paper discusses the ethical risks and avoidance strategies of archival service utilization in the age of digital intelligence by analyzing its specific appearance and tracing back to its source.It emphasizes the construction of a new type of ethical statute,which is based on general principles and special principles.The ethical mechanism of archival service utilization is improved,and a risk prediction and discrimination mechanism is established.It gives full play to human subjectivity,and introduces empirical research.Finally,the"good governance"of archival service using data governance is achieved.
