摘　　要：Endothelial cells(ECs)form a single cell layer that lines the inner surface of all blood and lymphatic vessels,acting as the barrier between vessels and underlying tissues.ECs are not only responsible for the flow of substances and fluid into and out of tissues but are also involved in many processes,such as coagulation,fibrinolysis,and regulation of vascular tone and inflammation.
