摘 要:试验从新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁哈萨克自治州采集的亚麻枯萎病病株上分离获得了亚麻枯萎病病菌,经菌落形态鉴定、孢子检测、ITS检测、科赫氏法则鉴定,该病原为尖孢镰刀菌。测定了亚麻枯萎病菌对亚麻种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,亚麻枯萎病菌抑制亚麻种子的萌发和亚麻幼苗生长。选取12种杀菌剂对亚麻枯萎病菌进行室内毒力测定,结果表明,EC50值最低的是98%多菌灵原药,为1.2002 mg/L,其次为97%咪鲜胺原药(6.0109 mg/L),最高的为97.1%嘧菌酯原药(1080.7229 mg/L),而生物农药2亿CFU/mL沼泽红假单胞菌PSB-S悬浮剂的EC50值为7.3919×10^(5) CFU/mL。由此可见,多菌灵、咪鲜胺和2×10^(8) CFU/mL沼泽红假单胞菌PSB-S悬浮剂这3种杀菌剂可以作为田间防治亚麻枯萎病的备选药剂。The pathogen of flax wilt disease from the diseased plants collected from the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was isolated in this study.The pathogen was identified as Fusarium oxysporum through colony morphology identification,spore detection,ITS detection,and Koch's postulates.The effects of Fusarium oxysporum on the germination rate and seedling growth of flax seeds were determined.The results showed that Fusarium oxysporum inhibited the germination rate of flax seeds and the growth of flax seedlings.Twelve fungicides were selected to determine the toxicity of Fusarium oxysporum in laboratory.The results showed that the lowest ECso value was 98%Carbendazim with 1.2002 mg/L,followed by 97%Prochloraz with 6.0109 mg/L.The highest ECso value was 97.1%Azoxystrobin with 1080.7229 mg/L,while the ECso value of the Biopesticide-200 million CFU/mL Rhodopseudomonas palustris PSB-S Suspension Concentrate(SC)was 7.3919×10^(5) CFU/mL.To summarize,it can be seen that Carbendazim,Prochloraz,and 2×10^(8) CFU/mL PSB-S SC can be used as alternative fungicides for field application to control flax wilt disease.
