摘 要:将吸湿盐与金属有机骨架(MOF)材料结合,采用原位改性成型方法快速制备吸湿盐负载的CaCl_(2)@MOF-808复合成型颗粒。基于MOF-808的高孔隙率和高比表面积,CaCl_(2)可分散在MOF-808的孔道内,水分子在丰富孔隙环境和吸湿盐的共同作用下被吸附,提升了该成型颗粒在低压下的集水能力。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、N2吸附-脱附和吸水测试等表征技术观察成型颗粒的物相及性能,结果表明CaCl_(2)@MOF-808成型吸附剂机械强度达25 N,满足应用的抗压水平,同时在25℃和相对湿度(RH)30%下其吸水率达到最大值0.43 g·g^(-1),是原始MOF-808的5倍,具有良好的吸水能力。The combination of hygroscopic salt with metal-organic framework(MOF)material and in-situ modified moulding method can be used to rapidly prepare hygroscopic salt-loaded CaCl_(2)@MOF-808 composite moulded parti-cles.Based on the high porosity and high specific surface area of MOF-808,CaCl_(2) could be dispersed in the pore channels of MOF-808,and water molecules were adsorbed under the joint action of the rich pore environment and the hygroscopic salt,which enhances the water harvesting ability of the molded particles under low pressure.Char-acterization techniques such as X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,N2 adsorption-desorption,and water adsorption tests were used to observe the physical phase and properties of the formed particles.The test results showed that the mechanical strength of CaCl_(2)@MOF-808 molded adsorbent reached 25 N,which meets the compressive level of the application.At a temperature of 25℃and a relative humidity(RH)of 30%,the maximum value of its water adsorption rate was 0.43 g·g^(-1),which was five times higher than that of the original MOF-808.
