摘　　要：境外经济贸易合作区是推进“一带一路”建设的重要平台,始于民营企业自发探索,进入高质量发展阶段。文章结合柬埔寨西哈努克港经济特区发展现状、发展成效和发展经验,阐述了境外经贸贸易区发展存在的问题,并从加强国际招商完善产业链、加快产城融合和多元化经营等方面提出建议。Overseas Economic and trade cooperation zones are an important platform for promoting“the Belt and Road”development,starting with private enterprises’self-exploration and reaching a stage of high-quality development.Based on the present situation,development effect and development experience of Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone in Cambodia,this paper expounds the problems existing in the development of overseas economic and trade zones,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening international investment invitation,perfecting industrial chain,speeding up the integration of production and city and diversifying management.
