摘　　要：文章剖析我国高校图书馆科技查新服务现状,指出服务体系不健全、查新人员信息素养待提升、资源保障有短板,提出建立健全服务体系,加强查新人员培训,完善资源保障,推动服务创新。以南京工业大学图书馆为例,分析其服务地方科技创新的成效,展示高校图书馆关键作用。强调遵循国家标准,利用信息化管理,加强跨学科合作,提升查新服务科学性。加大数据库订购与更新,构建多元化文献资源体系,实现智能化升级。加强学术交流与合作,优化服务流程与质量,促进科研能力提升,为高校图书馆发展提供参考。This paper analyzes the current status of science and technology novelty search services in university libraries in China,highlighting issues such as the imperfect service system,the need to improve the information literacy of novelty search personnel,and the shortcomings in resource support.The study proposes measures such as establishing and improving the service system,enhancing training for novelty search personnel,perfecting resource support,and promoting service innovation.Taking Nanjing Tech University Library as an example,it analyzes the effectiveness of its services in supporting local scientific and technological innovation,demonstrating the key role of university libraries.The study emphasizes following national standards,utilizing information management,enhancing interdisciplinary cooperation,and improving the scientific nature of novelty search services.It advocates for increasing the subscription and updating of databases,building a diversified literature resource system,and achieving intelligent upgrades.It also stresses strengthening academic exchanges and cooperation,optimizing service processes and quality,and promoting the improvement of scientific research capabilities,providing a reference for the development of university libraries.
