摘　　要：MR血管成像(MRA)是无创评估门静脉系统结构与血流动力学的重要影像学方法。随着MR新序列的出现与对比剂的迭代,门静脉MRA在儿童中的应用越来越便利。本文就儿童门静脉MRA研究进展及面临的挑战进行综述。MR angiography(MRA)is an important imaging method for non-invasive evaluation on the structure and hemodynamics of portal venous system.With the emergence of new MR sequences and iterations of contrast agents,the applications of portal MRA in children became more and more feasible.The technical research progresses and challenges of portal MRA in children were reviewed in this article.
