摘  要:对肺部疾病进行准确分期有助于指导治疗及改善预后。目前CT为临床随访肺部疾病的常规手段,但累积辐射可增加白血病和脑肿瘤风险。超短回波时间(UTE)MRI能显示肺部结构和功能异常,有助于评估肺部疾病分期及预后。本文就UTE MRI用于肺部疾病研究进展进行综述。Accurate staging of lung diseases is crucial for guiding treatment and improve prognosis.As a routine method of clinical follow-up for lung diseases,CT may result cumulative radiation and increase the risk of leukemia and brain tumors.Ultrashort echo time(UTE)MRI can display structural and functional abnormalities of lung,being helpful to staging and predicting prognosis of lung diseases.The research progresses of UTE MRI for pulmonary diseases were reviewed in this article.
