摘  要:针对40CrNiMo保持架自动化线锻造制坯过程中易出现切底粘连皮、翘曲、抱模等问题,分析其产生原因并提出优化连皮结构及位置,在切底下模设凹槽,增大模具扩孔部分角度的改进措施,采用改进后工艺加工的保持架锻件内径、外径、幅高均满足技术要求,且锻件晶粒及硬度分布均匀,证明了改进后工艺的有效性。In response to the problems of bottom-cutting wag adhesion,warping and mold holding during forging process for cages made of 40CrNiMo steel based on automation production line,the causes are analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed,such as optimizing the structure and position of wad,setting the grooves in bottom-cutting lower mold and increasing the angle of mold expansion part.The cage forgings processed by improved processes meet the technical requirements in terms of inner diameter,outer diameter and height,and the grain size and hardness distribution of the forgings are uniform,proving the effectiveness of improved processes.
