摘  要:为满足8Cr4Mo4V钢制轴承长寿命和高可靠性的使用要求,开展了基于流线控制的大尺寸轴承外圈锻造技术研究,提出了预锻制坯和直接辗沟成形工艺。结合有限元模拟和锻造试验优化外圈锻造工艺,合理设计制坯过程各工序的变形量,减少了鱼尾缺陷。8Cr4Mo4V轴承钢外圈锻件的金属流线演变分析结果表明,中温预热→高温加热→镦粗→开式冲孔→切底→3次扩孔(变形量40%,50%和40%)→直接辗沟的锻造工艺实现了锻造全过程的金属流线控制,对于提高航空发动机轴承的使用寿命具有重要意义。In order to meet the requirements of long service life and high reliability of bearings made of 8Cr4Mo4V steel,the forging technology for large size bearing outer rings based on flow line control is studied.The blank preforging and direct raceway rolling forming processes are proposed.By combining finite element simulation and forging tests,the forging process for outer rings is optimized,and the deformation amount in each step of blank manufacturing process is designed reasonably to reduce fishtail defects.The analysis results of metal flow line evolution of 8Cr4Mo4V bearing steel outer ring forgings show that the forging process of middle-temperature preheating→high-temperature heating→upsetting→open punching→bottom cutting→three times of hole expansion(deformation amounts of 40%,50%and 40%)→direct raceway rolling achieves the metal flow line control of whole forging process,which is of great significance for improving the service life of aero-engine bearings.
