摘 要:为探究轴承钢在超声能场作用下的塑性变形机理,进行了不同超声振幅和拉伸速度的超声振动辅助拉伸试验并观察试样的断口形貌,结果表明:Cr4Mo4V轴承钢的塑性变形能力随声能密度的增加有提高的趋势;超声振幅为2.7~3.6μm时,Cr4Mo4V轴承钢拉伸屈服强度最大降低了10.4%,屈服应变最大减小了17.7%;超声卸载后能量因材料阻尼作用消散,Cr4Mo4V轴承钢出现了残余声硬化现象,试样的峰值应力增大;Cr4Mo4V轴承钢试样的断口为韧性断裂,超声振动条件下试样断口没有明显的颈缩,韧窝呈现扁平状且尺寸小而浅。超声能场降低了Cr4Mo4V轴承钢的加工变形抵抗力并提高了材料强度。To explore the plastic deformation mechanism of bearing steel under the action of ultrasonic energy fields,the ultrasonic vibration-assisted tensile tests with varying ultrasonic amplitudes and tensile speeds are conducted,and the fracture morphology of samples is observed.The results indicate that the plastic deformation ability of Cr4Mo4V bearing steel tends to increase with the rise in acoustic energy density;when the ultrasonic amplitude is between 2.7 and 3.6μm,the tensile yield strength of Cr4Mo4V bearing steel decreases by up to 10.4%,and the yield strain reduces by up to 17.7%;after ultrasonic unloading,the energy dissipates due to damping effect of materials,resulting in a residual acoustic hardening phenomenon where the peak stress of Cr4Mo4V bearing steel increases;the fracture of Cr4Mo4V bearing steel samples exhibits ductile fracture characteristics,under ultrasonic vibration conditions,the fracture shows no significant necking,with ductile dimples being flat,small and shallow.The ultrasonic energy fields reduce the machining deformation resistance of Cr4Mo4V bearing steel while improving its material strength.
