摘  要:近几年中国钢铁产量稳定在10亿t左右,每年碳排放达到20亿t,占全国碳排放总量的15%,是31个制造业门类中碳排放量最高的行业,在国家“双碳”战略背景下,钢铁行业绿色低碳转型迫在眉睫。河钢集团张宣科技坚定践行国家发展战略,率先在淘汰原有高炉炼铁装备的同时,建设世界首座焦炉煤气零重整直接还原工厂,年产120万t冷态直接还原铁(DRI)。工厂于2022年12月全线贯通,2023年5月实现安全稳定连续生产。投产初期,工厂加热炉系统、煤气压缩机系统、水处理系统等均暴露出部分问题,这些问题虽然不影响正常生产,但是限制了工厂技术经济指标的进一步提升;此外,氢基竖炉对球团矿的质量要求也远超预期,球团矿的强度等性能不足,导致开产初期生产出的DRI破碎率较高,产品粉末含量较高。通过对问题的深入分析,并针对工艺、设备不断改进优化,煤气单耗、DRI金属化率等技术经济指标都取得明显进步,且好于设计水平。与传统高炉炼铁工艺相比,直接还原工厂取消了烧结和高炉工序,CO_(2)排放降低70%以上,SO_(2)、NO_(x)、烟粉尘排放分别减少30%、70%和80%以上。工厂的成功运行,对中国钢铁行业的绿色低碳转型升级起到很好的示范作用,也标志着中国钢铁工业由传统“碳冶金”向新型“氢冶金”的转变迈出颠覆性、示范性、关键性步伐,将进一步引领传统钢铁冶金工艺变革,全面开启绿色、低碳发展新纪元。In recent years,the total steel production of China is about 1 billion t/a,and annual carbon emissions have reached 2 billion t,accounting for 15%of the total yearly carbon emissions of China,as is the industry with the highest carbon emissions in 31 manufacturing categories.Under the background of the national"Carbon neutrality"strategy,the low-carbon-production transformation and upgrading of the steel industry is imminent.Zhang Xuan Tech of HBIS firmly implements the national development strategy,takes the lead in closing the original blast furnace basis ironmaking equipment while building the world′s first COG basis zero reformer direct reduction plant(DRP),with an annual output of 1.2 million t of cold direct reduced iron(CDRI).The construction of this plant was completed in December 2022,and stable continuous production was achieved in May 2023.In the initial stage of production,some problems were exposed in the heating furnace system,gas compressor system,water treatment system,etc.Although these problems did not affect normal production,they limited the further improvement of the plant′s performance.In addition,the quality requirements for pellets in hydrogen-basis shaft furnaces far exceed expectations,such as the compression strength and other properties are insufficient,resulting in a higher DRI crushing rate and higher fines content in the DRI product during the initial production stage.Through in-depth analysis of the problems and continuous improvement and optimization of the process and equipment,great improvement has been gained in technical and economic indicators such as COG gas consumption and DRI metallization rate,which are even better than the design rate.Compared with the traditional blast furnace ironmaking plant,our new DRP has gained these achievement,CO_(2) emissions are reduced by more than 70%,SO_(2) emissions are reduced by more than 30%,NO_(x) emissions are reduced by more than 70%,dust emissions are reduced by more than 80%.The success of this plant represents a alternative roa
