摘　　要：近年来,随着养殖业的迅猛发展,各种畜禽疾病也随之增加,畜禽外寄生虫病就是其中之一。使用化学类药物是防治畜禽外寄生虫的主要措施,但随着使用时间的延长,药物残留及耐药性的产生迫使人们开始寻求安全有效的化学类药物替代品。在当今限抗、禁抗的背景下,中药因具有绿色安全、环保、不易产生耐药性等特点被广泛关注,其中植物精油的替抗作用逐步被认可。本文就植物精油在防治畜禽外寄生虫的作用机制及精油的提取方法等研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步研发抗虫中药制剂提供参考。With the rapid development of livestock and poultry industry,various diseases include ectoparasitic diseases have also increased in recent years.The use of chemical drugs has become the main measure to control these parasites.However,drug residues and resistance is developed with the extension of using time,which forced people to seek safe and effective chemical alternatives.Under the background of restricted resistance and forbidden resistance,Chinese medicine has been concerned by people for its safety,environmental protection with little drug-resistance.The substitute resistance effect of plant essential oil has been gradually recognized and widely used.In this paper,the mechanism of plant essential oil in the prevention and control of ectoparasites and the extraction methods of essential oil were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for further research and development of anti-parasitic Chinese medicine preparations.
